The SafeEntry feature is only needed in Singapore.
If you’re currently in Singapore but the SafeEntry feature is not available in your App — update your app to the latest version. You can check for app updates in the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Huawei AppGallery.
If you're still unable to use the SafeEntry feature after updating your App — you'll need to re-register for TT App to enable the feature.

Why is it important to validate the identity of TraceTogether users? How come it's not sufficient to register with just mobile number?
Identity validation helps to prevent impersonation and duplication of users. It's important for contact tracers to contact the right people who had close contact with COVID-19 patients, and for MOH to send COVID test results to the right users. Your personal details are encrypted, stored in a secure server, and never shared with other users.
