You need to replace your Token if it is lost, faulty, damaged, or when the battery is low.
When the Token is functioning properly, the green light should be blinking once every minute. If you see a blinking red light, or when there is no light, this means the Token is not working.
Please bring in your faulty/damaged Token and original ID with barcode for replacement. There is no charge to replace faulty or damaged Tokens. The first replacement of lost Tokens will also be free, but subsequent replacement of lost Tokens will be chargeable.
