Travellers are required to use the TraceTogether (TT) App or obtain a TraceTogether Token during their stay in Singapore. Children aged 6 years or younger in the current calendar year are exempted from this requirement.
Travellers are responsible for ensuring that their mobile device is compatible with the TT App.
The TT App can be downloaded from Apple App Store, Google Play Store and Huawei AppGallery. Visitors from Mainland China may require VPN access to download the App.
Upon clearing immigration, travellers can activate and use the TT App for the duration of their stay in Singapore.
From 1 Jan 2022, travellers who are unable to use the TT App may collect a TT Token, for which a fee of S$13 is payable for each Token. More details on where to find the collection counters can be found here
